Service/Parts Manager

Looking to hire full time service/parts manager for growing dealership.  Management experience is preferred.  Knowledge of automotive industry as well as RV and Motor home repair is an asset.  
 You will be an integral part of our team delivering great service and value to our customers. You will be dealing first hand with customers on a daily bases face to face or over the phone, providing them all their automotive services requirements and information. With your automotive service and technical expertise you will help advise customers understand the automotive requirements and mechanical needs of their vehicles and determine the best service recommendation to suit them.

Your Responsibilities:

Meet and Greet Customers on the phone or face to Face
Schedule service appointments
Advise clients on needed repairs and costs for their vehicles
Invoicing and cashing out
Contact customers on up coming service schedules
Follow up with quotes and repairs of customers
Prepare and provide service and/or product quotations
Ordering parts for customer vehicles for repairs
Receiving and bill out of parts
Keeping up a high level of customer service with satisfaction
Up keep of shop front and appearance
Organizing technicians work for the day
Scheduling of technicians
Parts Inventory
Warranty Claims 

You will possess the following skills:

Organized and able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Strong Communication skills face to face and over the telephone
Friendly work place attitude
Good problem solving skills
Knowledge of automotive, RV, Motor home parts
Good and well-mannered communicator

Wages are based on experience and are negotiable, position is full time 40-44 hours a week, may require Saturdays
