Sales Representative
Pierson Motors is a growing dealership and looking to add to our team! Do you think you have what it takes? At Pierson Motors we are a busy RV/Automotive dealer who sells and services a variety of brands. We are more than coworkers we are a family, we work together as a team to get the job done and provide excellent service to our customers.
We are currently looking to add to our sales team! We are looking for a sales representative or an F&I Manager (if you can do both that is even better).
Duties would include but are not limited to
? Discussing the features of different trailers and vehicles to suit the customer desires
? Arranging test-drives
? Negotiating the sale price, including any ‘trade-in’ value
? Working out finance arrangements, including cash payments and loans
? Highlighting extra products to customers, such as accessories or after-sales service
? Completing related paperwork and pre-delivery inspections
? Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
? Posting units online for website
? Keeping the lot and vehicles clean and tidy, including snow removal during the winter months
Skills include
? A polite, professional, self-confident and outgoing personality
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong negotiating and persuasion ability
? Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales
? Proficient in using CRM software and other sales
? Good business sense
? Ability to explain technical information to people who are not experts
? Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to targets
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements
? A valid driver’s license
? OMVIC license or be willing to complete the course at their expense within 3 months of hiring
? Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset
Hours
In the sales world you could work anywhere from 35-50 hours a week, a lot of that depends on the season and your customers. As a sales representative there may be times that you need to meet customers after hours or on weekends to complete the deal or delivery.
Wages
Sales Representative position is a commission based career. Based on your experience there is great potential to have an annual income ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 or more. There may be opportunities for bonuses and other incentives offered throughout the year as well.
