They did specific a measurement to see if my aircraft would fit as they were too far for me to go and do myself. They answered many questions without hesitation. It was a long drive for me to go pick up the trailer from Richmond Hill but it was worth every KM. If I need another trailer I know where Im going back to.

We purchased a new Sunlite 18RD travel trailer from Pierson Motors in the fall of 2020.
After using the unit a couple of times, we suspected that the Air Conditioner was not working properly. As we were camping at Inverhuron Provincial Park, it gave us the opportunity to attend Pierson Motors to have the AC checked and it was confirmed that the unit was defective. A day later, the microwave was not working and we contacted Bill, the service manager, from the campground. He had already processed the AC warranty follow up and would be looking into the microwave. Two days later, we took the trailer to Pierson Motors. Due to Bill’s swift follow up, an AC had been shipped from the USA and his team replaced both items that day! We cant say enough about how well we were treated by the service staff, which saved us what would have been a three hour return visit, had they not acted as expeditiously as they did

I just traded in my tent trailer for a travel trailer and dealt with Randy Duffie. My experience was great. They gave me a very fair trade in value as well the trailer I bought was very reasonably priced. When I picked up the trailer there were no hidden fee's or add-ons.

In the last year, we purchased a vehicle and a trailer from Mike Pierson of Pierson Motors. Mike and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mike was able to give us a fair deal on our purchases and even followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory.

I just want to give a shout out to the excellent customer service I experienced at Pierson Motors!
I usually take my Jeep to the dealer in Goderich, but with the poor weather this week and an alert for low tire pressure, I messaged Pierson's to see if they could fit me in yesterday afternoon.

After I dropped my Jeep off for a service and detailing, Nicole drove me home through the snow squalls, then this morning when they phoned to say that it was all ready, Nicole came and picked me up to go and collect it.

The detailing is the best that I have ever experienced, with the whole interior squeaky clean and even the leather seats polished.

I am truly impressed with how all of the employees went the extra mile with customer service, even little gestures like opening the door to welcome me in, and bringing my vehicle up to the front door for me, they made me feel like a Queen, so I will definitely be going back on a regular basis!!
